About Us
Alleviate Recruitment supports and guides government agencies to deliver transparent, compliant, and high-quality recruitment outcomes.
We understand that recruitment in the public sector requires more than filling roles. It demands fair, defensible, and well-documented processes that align with legislative frameworks, merit-based selection principles, and strong governance standards. Our role is to alleviate the administrative and procedural pressures that come with recruitment while helping agencies maintain integrity and confidence in their decisions.
Alleviate Recruitment is experienced in providing value for money, modern and compliant recruitment solutions tailored to the needs of government organisations. We work alongside recruitment panels and hiring managers to support structured, fair, and effective selection processes.
Our services include shortlisting support, professional scribing and selection process support, panel training, candidate interview coaching, and guidance on responsible AI use in recruitment. Through these services, we help strengthen panel capability, improve documentation, and ensure recruitment processes remain transparent and defensible.
Alleviate Recruitment also provides access to experienced security-cleared scribes, enabling agencies to confidently manage recruitment processes involving sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with government security requirements.
Our Story
Alleviate Recruitment was founded on a simple idea: recruitment in the public sector should be transparent, structured, and supported by professionals who understand the responsibilities that come with it with a focus on providing an Executive Scribing Consultant that has extensive experience, to support government recruitment compliance . We have a point of difference where we solely focus on assisting government with their gazetted recruitment processes rather than Executive Search or offering labour hire talent.
Having worked closely with government recruitment processes, we recognised the growing pressure placed on hiring managers and selection panels. Merit-based recruitment requires careful documentation, sound decision-making, and strict compliance with legislative and governance frameworks. Yet many panels are asked to manage these responsibilities alongside their primary roles.
Alleviate Recruitment was created to support and guide government agencies through these challenges, with three of the top Executive Scribing Consultants in the industry, coming together so entities can engage our services through a one stop shop. At its core, Alleviate Recruitment exists to alleviate the pressure on recruitment panels while helping government organisations hire with confidence and with a reduced time to fill.
